Description: Graphite pre-preg is a high strength carbon fiber pre impregnated cloth with a 250 degree epoxy system. The 3K-70-PW woven fabric is a very strong and light weight fiber used in many different applications from structural support to complete construction of individual parts.

Application: To start the application process, you must first allow the material to reach room temperature. Be sure the parts to be bonded have been thoroughly cleaned and dried. Cut graphite pre-preg to the dimensions needed. Remove one side of the poly backing and apply to the material to be bonded. Start form the center and work out making sure to remove any air bubbles in the material. Remove protective liner from the remaining side, complete assembly being careful not to trap any air in between. The panel can be cured in a press, vacuum bag in an oven, or an autoclave. Uncured material can easily be removed with a solvent.

Cure time: Min of 120 minutes at 250 +/- 15 degree, Heat up rate of 5 deg. per minute.

Storage: Recommended 1 year
