Description: Fiberglass pre-preg style 7781 is a high temp structural fiberglass used in the application and construction process, this is also a great proactive layer above other critical components. This product is engineered not to stretch of shrink when exposed to moisture its excellent when used to insulate electricity, making it ideal for circuit boards and other electronically sound equipment.

Application: To start the application process, you must first allow the material to reach room temperature. Be sure the parts to be bonded have been thoroughly cleaned and dried. Cut your fiberglass to the dimensions needed. Remove one side of the poly backing and apply to the material to be bonded. Start form the center and work out making sure to remove any air bubbles in the material. Remove protective liner from the remaining side, complete assembly being careful not to trap any air in between. The panel can be cured in a press, vacuum bag in an oven, or an autoclave. Uncured material can easily be removed with a solvent.

Cure time: Min of 120 minutes at 350 +/- 15 degree, Heat up rate of 5 deg. per minute.

Storage: Recommended 1 year
