Description: The pre-primed aluminum is ideal for those looking to save time and cost, having already been Phosphoric Acid Anodized, and primed with bonding primer. Simply wipe with a cleaning agent such as MEK or Acetone and apply your film adhesive of choice and proceed with the layup process. This is a great product when metal bonding is your process of choice.

Application: To start the application process, cut to the desired size and shape. Using a clean cloth and MEK gently wipe the aluminum to remove any remaining debris. Once completed apply the adhesive film of choice and the remaining materials to be bonded. Continue with the vacuum bagging and cure process.
